Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.  

 

User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  

 Orders

When you place an order through the Service, you are offering to purchase a product at the specified price. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We may request additional information from you before accepting your order.

 

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14 days return policy for most items. You may return an item for a full refund if it is in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please contact us at +91 81 531 773 or ma7alkon@outlook.com to initiate a return.

Glass Items

We take special care in packaging glass items for delivery. However, due to the fragile nature of glass, we cannot guarantee that these items will arrive undamaged. We recommend that you choose a shipping method with insurance for glass items.

User Content

You may submit reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the Service. You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Ma7alkon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content in any media.

 Intellectual Property

The Service and all content and materials included on the Service (the "Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.  

 

Limitation of Liability

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

 

Dispute Resolution

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lebanese Arbitration Association.  

 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ma7alkon regarding your use of the Service.
